Joshua is President/Owner of Free Market Consulting and in this role, he provides strategic management and counsel for integrated public affairs campaigns.
He has been instrumental in guiding projects for the nation’s largest wireless company, energy exploration and production companies across multiple states, fighting for adequate infrastructure funding in the Midwest and working on advocacy teams breaking barriers to achieve school choice.
Previously, Joshua served as Senior Vice President at an Oklahoma-based public relations agency managing all 70+ agency accounts. He was a Senior Associate with Axiom Strategies Republican Consulting (2007-2009), Press and Legislative Assistant for Kansas Speaker of the House Melvin Neufeld (2006-2007), Staff Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Labor (2005) and in 2004 Harlow interned in the White House.
Harlow and his wife, Jenna are the proud parents of Walker and there is no greater thrill in their lives than watching Walker play baseball and basketball just about every weekend. Joshua graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri where he was Student Body President and continues to support the college in various ways.
Sara is the Communications Director with experience in strategic planning, brand development and media relations across a wide range of sectors, including media, healthcare and nonprofit. Sara specializes in counseling clients on various communications strategies incorporating both digital and traditional media relations.
Her work with Free Marketing Consulting includes developing and implementing public relations campaigns and communications programs for clients, content development, social media planning and digital campaign management. Her passion lies with helping companies and organizations solve problems in a complex and clouded digital environment by providing support and solutions to help clients convey key messages in a variety of situations.
Prior to working with Free Market Consulting, Sara worked in Digital Marketing at Griffin Communications where she developed digital media campaigns for clients in various industries and created and developed presentations to educate account executives on the various facets of digital advertising and messaging. She also worked for AcrobatAnt advertising agency in Tulsa and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oklahoma.
Sara holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications and Media Management and received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She currently resides in Oklahoma City with her husband, Blake and their two children, Charlotte and Henry.
